GAH, HI FACE. Ella got a lot of cool photos with his outfit but they look wrong together so they'll be posted one by one for a few days. Jil Sander sweater, headpiece sent to me by I Love Factory, and Ella brought me back the skeletal butterfly charm from a voodoo shop in New Orleans.

now i think i have a clue why this pic is so forceful: the vulnerability it suggests makes it a bit painful to look at, but even harder to look away. don't know to which extent this effect is intentional (or if you simply refused to smile ;-) ) but its emotional impact is undeniable. well, so much for my amateur explanation. and i too think you could tell us some more about the mysterious Ella ^__^ (only if she's ok with that, of course). great photos so far.
